That means the toner waste bottle is full. Located behind the panel on the right side of machine close to the rear. About 12 '' high or so. Turn off machine. Remove the two screws that hold the panel and remove the panel. Pull out the The plastic container you see which has toner inside which is no good and is waste. Empty it in a secure garbage bag etc so it doesn't get all over the place. Then replace the the container, making sure it is securely in place as it was before you started. Refit the panel and the two screws. Then Turn machine on.
This is the code for the cleaning web in the fuser. This will have to be replaced ( P/N FY1-1046-000 ). The error code has to be reset my going into the service mode. Press additional functions, then 2 and 8 keys at the same time, then additional functions. Press copier, then COUNTER, then MISC, then FIX-WEB, Then the Clear key on the control panel. The counter should go to all "0's. I believe you have to turn off the main power key and power up but I'm not sure.
This is an indication that the fuser ( hot rollers on left side of copier ) are not turning. This could be caused by several things. Try turning the green knob behind front door. Does it move smoothly? If it doesn't then remove the left side fuser door and remove the fuser assembly. The bearings for the upper and lower rollers could be bad. If the fuser moves easily, then it could be a white gear that is located on the upper right of the fuser assembly. This is the drive gear for the fuser. The gear tends to wear out over time and has to be replaced. This should get you in the right direction to solve the problem.
