Make sure all the venting is clear of build up and debris,, clogged venting will not allow the moisture to escape the dryer resulting in damp and undry clothes ,, don't forget to check the outdorr vent and clear anything built up inside of that too

did you clean the LINT filter? try vacuuming the lint trap area. wet or damp lint can get built up in the lint trap area. it is good to regularly clean the area as it is a Major fire hazard.

My LG DLE 5977 S Dryer doesn't dry the clothes completely. I have to restart it multiple times to get a load to completely dry.
Check to see if there is a kink in your vent hose in backj.
Go outside to verify
Clean filter with dishwashing liquid and brush
Run water on filter first to verify it doesn't go through

Best would be to overhaul both the brake maser cylinder and the caliper/s.

We have a Kenmore Elite gas clothes dryer (110.73952101). It will not completely dry large loads. We have to reset timer and restart the dryer. If we set timer for 40 minutes, dryer may run for 10 minutes...
Loads may be too large. Also when you reset and restart, the heat overload is cutting out. If your discarge is kinked or not venting properly this will cause it not to dry as well. Also check your lint screen. Good Luck!

I dropped it in the snow.
Most likely it's shot! But try taking out the battery and making sure it's completely dry inside. The only other suggestion is to take it to a repair shop like Sprints' and see if they can fix it...or replace it.
