You need the "Network Printer 12 Usage Kit", IBM Part No. 63H3111 for 198 - 264 Volt. Number is different when you need one for 110 V. Fuser plus 2 rolls are included as well as a detailed instruction manual on how to replace the parts. Got it for roughly 50 EUR on eBay.

SOURCE: Need the GCC Technologies Elite 12/600 Laser Printer Vista Driver

It is not available as a download to to it's age. Have you gone through the add printer wizard to see if it is pre-installed with Vista?

SOURCE: printer software

Look first at the Microsoft Compatability list (search same for link) for your device. If listed, they will have instructions for you there. If not listed, you will have to beg GCC for a driver. You might find a 3rd party driver ...

Alternatively, if you have another computer, (XP or Vista based) connect your printer to that computer and use it as a print server on your network.

SOURCE: my gcc elite 12/600 takes FOREVER to print any pdf file

its called DPI dots per inch if you lower that DPI to something readable then it will be a faster print.

the issue we have here is PDF (portable document file) they are rich in DPI and your printer just does not catch up to it.

I would suggest lowering the DPI it possiable.

thanks please do be considerate when you rate your free answer that it was free. I would like to address the fact that I am not there checking out the printer thus it could be something else. But please odd try what i said. Rate it and give feedback for the free solution before you leave.

50.2 code on a hp 3505

Hi:

A 50.2 error is a fuser error. This is the assembly that heats up and fusees the text to the paper. It is located at the top of the printer. The fuser is not warming up and is throwing this error. The fuser would have to be replaced.

Papr jam in fuser unit C900

You can download (free) the Service Manual for the C900/C1900 here;
http://tinyurl.com/2dxyzrr It contains comprehensive dis-assembly, re-assembly and service instructions including parts lists and wiring diagrammes. The download is in six zipped parts. After downloading all of them unzip part 1 and it will rebuild the complete file as a pdf document.
This printer uses the same print engine as the Minolta QMS/Konica Minolta Magicolor 2300/2350 printers. KM versions of the manual are also available from the above site. Much of the content is virtually identical but the instructions are not quite as comprehensive or as detailed as the Epson version. KM MC2300/2350 users may want to download both versions.

Replace Fuser Gear Xerox XC1040 Copier

Call a tech!. You first remove fuser assy from machine. One green screw to loosen and then you figure the trick out to get it out. Then once its out remove cover 2 screws I believe. Remove the lamp gently, you can do this with out unscrewing anything. Then remove the little clip on end of heat roller, simple spread clip and replace gear. It takes a tech about 10 min.

Replacing fuser assembly

Even the manual won't be enough to do this job.
Take off ALL covers and the Document Feeder, then write back to me for further disassembly instructions.

The fuser comes out through the top of the machine.
