Question about Computers & Internet
I installed an HP 3323 deskjet printer to my Compaq notebook A900 running Vista Home Basic. The printer is shown in printers and faxes.I got a pop up saying that software succesfully was installed and ready to use. When I click on preferences in the printer window, nothing happens. It just wont print. Please help me out.
When you get to the printers and faxes window, did you check HP 3323 as your default printer?
Using your word processor (e.g. MS Word), click File, Print, and you get to the Print window, make sure that the Name of your printer is set to HP 3323. You may have installed other printers previously and it's still set to that printer.
