KX-TG9331 PERSISTENT BUSY SIGNAL BUT NO MESSAGE IS PRESENT IN WINDOW.
The phone was used earlier today with no problem. We have checked each of the three remotes, re-registered each remote, two of the three batteries were fully charged and now in process of charging the third.

If you get a busy signal when you pick up your second phone to participate in a call in progress, make sure privacy mode is set to off. Enter the menu, then scroll to initial setting, then scroll to privacy mode, set to off, then click save. You can also go directly there by entering menu, then #194, set privacy mode to off, and save. Make sure to do this on all handsets connected to the line.

parents have had their Panasonic KX-TGA101 for a little over a year and
it just stopped working. It no longer rings when a call comes in.
Plus when we try to answer a call or place a call all we get is a busy
signal both auditory and in the display window. SOLUTION: you might want to change a new phone line, that's maybe the culprit, most of the time is the phone line is worn out first due to too many reasons.
