Hello my Xbox account was acoured something like that but idk the pass word for it or the user name i really need that account back help me

Usernames that are connected to your account are unique, go to Xbox support chat and the rep will be able to help you out. They do like to email the password reset links. If anything reset your Xbox and create a new account. I know you don't want to lose your progress but if you strike out with tech support this will at least get you going again. They are used to this issue and as long as it's not stolen or something fishy they will be able to help. Also since it was in for warranty work you already have an account in there support system already with more info than they have with most accounts they help... good luck.. hope you get back gaming soon. Especially after waiting for a repair

Usualy because that user name is already being used by another person, try using another user name to set up an account.

Robert, When you did setup a Facebook account, it was you who did put in the name for the account. If you don't know what you used, you won't be able to open the account again. Let a skilled Facebook user search your name, to see if there is an account in your name. On the other hand, if you don't know your account name I'm afraid you also forgot your pass word. You really need both to open the account.

I know its really annoying.I required a password for my account and evertime i try to sign in it says something is wrong with you account and i could not use security proofs.Pleaz help us microsoft experts cuz i cant even use my account.Itry calling xbox customer support bot they are helpless and i also try giong to xbox.com/support and there usless as well.Well thats all igot and please help.

First step, do you have an ACTIVE subscription plan to xbox live GOLD? An xbox live gold account isn't free, it has to be renewed when your subscription plan expires. Make sure you check this out first and foremost.
Second step, did you log in with the proper user ? An xbox live gold account is linked to ONE xbox user account. Make sure you have logged in with the proper account on the xbox, the one that has an active paid subscription to xbox live gold.

Your friend might be connected to your account and is still playing on your account. Give him/her a call and ask to sign out. try recovering again or waiting a day to make sure xbox live can take its time to register your request to recover your account.

with netopia user name and pass is a must without it you will get nowhere you need isp user and pass for the account most times the user is you account email.
