We had the same problem. We undid the velcro at the back and doubled up the end loop of the straps and wedged it under the plastic anchor... hope that makes sense. Not very elegant solution but it works!

Changing a rear coil spring on a 05 echo

Jack up both sides of the rear of the car. LOWER ONTO AXLE STANDS. You will need the jack for another job.
Use the jack to GENTLY take the weight of the swing arm. (Marked A). Just enough to allow you to remove the bottom bolts through BOTH dampers, (Marked B). SLOWLY and GENTLY lower the jack and both springs, (marked C), should become loose enough to pull out.

Make sure the springs (C) are seated properly, then gently jack up the swing arm until you can re-insert the damper bolts, (B). Once they are the correct tightness, GENTLY lower the swing arm. Check the springs are in position and drop the swing arm all the way.
Raise the car and remove the axle stands.

The bugaboo frog harness - the end of the sholder straps don't click into the centre harness piece. There are clips at the end of the harness but they don't fit the shape of the centre clip...

There should be plastic rings on both the lap belts for the shoulder harness to clip too. If they are broken off you can buy the same plastic buckles from Mountain Buggy but you have to sew them on! Bugaboo don't sell them as a part, only with the whole seat frame! Here's a pic of a Bee harness (I have not got a Frog pic) it's the same style. macnutz_37.jpg

Replaced the fuel pump and now the gas gauge does not work

check wiring harness for bad or loose connection,if its good you'll have to pull the pump back out and the sending unit. The arm with the float on it may have poped out of is seat, look at it closely for anything that looks out of place.

We have a maxi cosi tobi car seat. Our 20 month old daughter is able to get her arms out of the straps even tho they are pulled tight enough for the green indicator to come on. We would like to know how...

If the carseat harness indicator is green, you are right there is not a great deal else that you can do. There is one product, made by Sunshine Kids that may help, or perhaps you can find something similar, see the link below:

It may also be worth getting the Tobi checked out just in case there is a fault with the harness.

I hope this helps.

How do I collapse bugaboo stroller

take off the basinette or seat

then, there are 2 knob, sticking out of the sides of the frame, about 6 inches below the handle, from the normal pushing position, hook yr fingers round them and slide them up the frame towards the handle

the handle will drop, then just up the frame from the cross bar under where the set is.

easy once you know how

if it still don't work, go to your local park and accost the nearest person with a bugaboo and ask for some help - there'll be hundreds of them!

Where can I get a harness replacement for my stroller? Thanks i,m in the UK, my bugaboo frog aubergine has a broken harness from the seat frame, where can i get a replacement

Hi, I trust that you mean the waist straps? I would suggest that you contact who will be able to assist you in purchasing these spares. If the problem is with the **** strap or shoulder harness parts, you may have to purchase a new seat fabric. I hope this helps.

Pull gently on the plastic arches that support the canopy (on either sides - where they connect to the stroller) and slide the canopy off.

I don't know how to convert my bugaboo cameleon from a basinette to a seat. I appear to have the necessary fabric but not the straps. It is currently a basinette and I understood it would convert easily....

You should not have to purchase any new parts. Your seat fabric should slide onto the frame, the tether straps toward the foot of the seat should have a metal ring that go onto the hook on either side of the frame and snap with a lobster clasp behind the foot rest.

The seat fabric for the bugaboo is really tight. It is suggested by bugaboo themselves to actually try pressing on the bars, bending it first, to get the seat fabric on.
