We had the same problem. We undid the velcro at the back and doubled up the end loop of the straps and wedged it under the plastic anchor... hope that makes sense. Not very elegant solution but it works!

The bugaboo frog harness - the end of the sholder straps don't click into the centre harness piece. There are clips at the end of the harness but they don't fit the shape of the centre clip...

There should be plastic rings on both the lap belts for the shoulder harness to clip too. If they are broken off you can buy the same plastic buckles from Mountain Buggy but you have to sew them on! Bugaboo don't sell them as a part, only with the whole seat frame! Here's a pic of a Bee harness (I have not got a Frog pic) it's the same style. macnutz_37.jpg

Whe you adjust the tightness of the harness on my car seat, it no longer clicks a short length at time and is really hard to pull model # E9L74J2 Serial # E9L74J3001067

Have you removed the car seat from the car and made sure that none of the harness is caught up anywhere? I've had that happen before. I then completely extend the harness and then retract after to make sure all is smooth. If you can't see anything caught up, and you can't extend and retract freely I would make a phone call to Britax directly (888-427-4829) in case something is malfunctioning.

I have a turn a tot car seat and the straps that hold her into the seat are to long and i can't work out how to shorten them and i can't find instructions anywhere

I guess you have pulled the harness adjuster strap tight (between the legs on the front edge of the seat) and are still left with slack shoulder harness straps. It may mean you need to remove the seat and check the harness straps are going thru the shoulder slots in the seat, then they need to go up and over the the metal shoulder rod before going down to connect onto the metal spreader plate

We have a maxi cosi tobi car seat. Our 20 month old daughter is able to get her arms out of the straps even tho they are pulled tight enough for the green indicator to come on. We would like to know how...

If the carseat harness indicator is green, you are right there is not a great deal else that you can do. There is one product, made by Sunshine Kids that may help, or perhaps you can find something similar, see the link below:

It may also be worth getting the Tobi checked out just in case there is a fault with the harness.

I hope this helps.

Where can I get a harness replacement for my stroller? Thanks i,m in the UK, my bugaboo frog aubergine has a broken harness from the seat frame, where can i get a replacement

Hi, I trust that you mean the waist straps? I would suggest that you contact who will be able to assist you in purchasing these spares. If the problem is with the **** strap or shoulder harness parts, you may have to purchase a new seat fabric. I hope this helps.
