This problem is related to the RAM/Memory of your computer, so if you can upgrade the RAM of your computer that will definitely solve that rebooting problem when installing and playing games...

Hope that helps.........

Depends on the video card that you have. If you want to game buy an inexpensive video card for your desktop that is better then the one that you are currently using. Games take advantage of the 3D hardware and this is usually the cause of what you are saying the symptom is

My pc will restart itself ..... but when i play games it wont restart ...i already turn off auto restart.... change the power supply to 500watts... but when i surf the net it will restart suddenly but...

Test your PSU or replace it if your power supply units fan is not working your PSU is faulty

One bad lead can cause a computer to continue on a cycle or to shutdown or fail to detect/ boot up a computer hard drive

Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions,IDE,SATA

the leads from your ((motherboard to your hard drive)) make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them there probably old and faulty
make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty even the electrical extensions or just replace them they are probably old and faulty a computer needs its connections to continue its cycle and have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error

hope this helps

Every time i play games my computer is restart

Have you installed anything new lately into your P.C.? Graphics card , Ram, etc.. does this only happen when starting games?
Perform 'Disk Cleanup' and 'Disk Defragmenter' both found by clicking 'Start button', 'All Programs', Accessories', 'System Tools', then select 'Disk Cleanup' 1st and finish that before selecting ' Disk Defragmenter', When completely finished reboot P.C. and try your games. If it still happens it might be a simple thing like replacing the Power Supply Unit (PSU). The P.C. sounds like it's demanding more power when starting games and the P.C. restarting to protect itself.

Hello!I have a P4i65GV motherboard.I downloaded the sound drivers from ASRock website and installed the c-media audio driver..it worked!but after I restarted my computer and while I was usin it suddenly...

Suggest you download a free program called Ccleaner, click on the link below; http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner
Uninstall the sound driver software through control panel. Load Ccleaner and click on the registry icon. Run the cleaner than reboot the system. Reinstall the sound driver software; C-Media audio driver ver: 0.46
Provided by Asrock for MB P4i65GV; http://www.asrock.com/mb/download.asp?Model=P4i65GV&o=XP
Keeping windows registry clean from old keys and double keys that are no longer being used keeps windows running smoothly. If sound continues to stop working it is possible the audio chip is going bad. A work around would be to disable the audio in the bios. Buy a PCI audio card and add it to you're system. (It wouldn't hurt to test you're speakers on another system just to be safe).

Cheers'
Mike

If the computer power on and then suddenly freeze, this mean one of the following problems:the computer is having resource conflict, for example if you are using a PS2 mouse you can use a USB mouse instead.I must also tell you that if you recently install any hardware or software you should uninstall it from the computer and restart it.The computer may also be infected with spywares or viruses so you will need to scan the computer with antivirus and antispyware software you can go to www.cnet.com and download free antivirus and antispyware software for your computer, you should also download ccleaner this clean the registry and the browsers. Thank you

MY COMPUTER RESTART ITSELF

I'd be leaning towards a hardware problem most likely your video card. Could you post some more specs on your computer eg video card(type, size, slot type) how much ram you have now, what operating system your running, what resolution your trying to run these games at and what options eg anti-aliasing etc. and what size monitor. The extra information will make it easier for me to provide a more accurate solution to your problem.
