When did the camera worked last? You might need to uninstall the drivers completely by going to device manager. You can also go to this site to download and get the drivers for the camera. Try downloading the drivers on your desktop. Then what you need to do nest is go to your Device manager > then got to the camera driver and right-click on it to uninstall the drivers. Then run the driver that you downloaded on the desktop and try to check the camera again. IF this still don't work I suggest you call the Lenovo Hardware support team to check the status of your camera, it might be broken and needs to be replaced.

Open your computer's web browser.
Type following URL into your browser's address bar:

Press enter and your browser will open the Lenovo USB webcam download page.

Click the "lenovousbwebcam.exe" link to save the driver installation file to your computer.
Double-click the downloaded EXE file, and follow the on-screen prompts to install your Lenovo webcam.
Click the "mediaonegallery.exe" link to save the Lenovo Media One Gallery application installation file to your computer.
Double-click the EXE file, and follow the on-screen prompts to install the Media One Gallery application for use with your Lenovo USB webcam.
Restart your computer to save changes.
When you reboot your computer you can click the Media One Gallery shortcut to use your webcam
