If you are not having any problems with other discs, then the simplest answer is you have a bad disc. is this a store bought disc or a backup?

If its a store bought and you just got it, then take it back, if its a backup try making a copy of it with xbox creator, creator will copy a disc thats not an original because all the protection has been ripped. It will not copy an original unless you have specific hardware installed.
