the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I have presentely formated my lenovo r60 laptop and i am not able to acess internet from my laptop and i also need other kind of drivers

Check for CD drivers included in the packaging box of the laptop or visit the website www.lenovo.com and search for the laptop model for the appropriate driver of your laptop. The laptop needs the LAN Driver to be able to access to the Internet..

I am having a lenovo R60 laptop.i am not able to properly read the text in the screen as either the ligthing in the laptop or the brightness in the laptop is not proper in normal day light. Please help to...

The problem is that the "inverter" inside the LCD screen has failed.

It's about a $20 part to replace, but I recommend that you take the computer to a qualified technician for proper disassembly/repair/reassembly/testing of the LCD.

Broken screen, external monitor via VGA won't

Press "Fn+F7" once, wait a few seconds, and press it again, to "cycle" through all the possibilities (LCD-only, VGA-only, both).

Try the monitor with some other computer (desktop or laptop) to see if the monitor works at all.

Restart your computer -- does the initial "splash" screen (showing CPU speed and RAM-test) show? Does the "Windows" screen (with the crawling worm) show on the external monitor?

Volume level display

it sounds like your laptop drivers aren't working properly.. possibly the program dealing with your sound volume is corrupted or missing.

I'd try reinstalling your keyboard/touchpad drivers. what is the make and model # of your laptop?
