Cant get the software to install

Hi, On most laptops the serial number for the operating system is located on the bottom of the machine. If your installing something other than an the original operating system, then it would come on the box that the software came in, or sometimes on the sleeve of the cd.

I don't know where the serial number is located, but you can download an application called SIW (System Information for Windows), which can tell you what it is. Please follow these instructions:

1. Dowload SIW directly from here: http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/soft/824615/

2. Run the .exe file and install the program.

3. Once installed, run the program.

4. Under the "Software" heading, click on "Licences". The application will now search your computer for all installed software. Once finished, look for Adobe Photoshop CS2, and next to it should be displayed the serial number.

You will notice that this application has also many other utilities regarding software, hardware and networking.

If you mean the camera serial number, it's usually on the bottom of the camera.

the best idea here would be to contact the manufacturers website and request a new serial number.

The cd key was printed on the CD case together with your installer, you can find it on the back.

When the window opens it will tell you where to look.. It should have been on the box that the camera came in.

you have to have the product id to register it.all you can do is try to find another key from someone or try calling the company tell them you cant read it.they may give you a new key.!

They have updated software CD's for Vista now. Call them or email them here

and they should send an updated software CD to you. Just make sure you put the version number of your current CD in your email if you go that route.
