Can't add any songs or clip to my ipod

i can't add any songs on any computer,when i connected to computer doen't support usb in win xp and also i can't play 24th songs and as above song on my ipod,ihave 80 songs added on last two months,when i selected 24th songs it will swicth off

My sister inlaw gave me her ipod 8GB Blue, and it's frozen with an hour glass figure on it. HELP!!

Try Apple's 5 Rs Troubleshooting Assistant:
http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/five_rs/

Failing that, take it back to an Apple Store for replacement without its warranty.
