CH products Flightsim Yoke And CH PRO Pedals seem over sensitive. Is there a way of reducind this sensitivity

I use CH Pro Pedlals USB in Flight Sim 2004 & FSX. The brake function is over sensitive and I've tried reducing this, and increasing the 'null' zone in my settings. In fact if I just rest my feet on the pedals the brakes are activated. Is there a driver download to reset and correct this ? The rudder and steering functions work well.

Your help would be very much appreciated.

I have the same problem. My Pro Pedals brake movement jumps to halfway when just placeing my feet on the unit. This reeks havoc on any car simulation game using the gas/brake combo. I have found that using the CH Products control manager, available here: http://www.chproducts.com/retail/downloads.html, helps to alleveate the USB device problems, but still doesn't fix everything thing. I have replaced the position sensors in the pedal motion, and they have the exact same problem as before. It is probably a software problem.

You are experiencing torque due to the propeller turning faster. You need to apply opposite rudder to compensate.

Hi Chris

Ensure that you have the usb lead from the yoke plugged into the rear of the PC as these give the most current. Ensure the drivers for the yoke are installed properly and they are the latest for your operating system. If this still does not work, then the yoke is faulty. Good luck!

Saitek Throttle Quadrant wont go idle and full power

I had a similiar problem and after spending hours researching and looking at forums I figured out the a solution. Plug in the quadrant directly into your computer and then configure it. At that time make your necessary tweaks, i.e. null zones and sensitivity adjustments. After you get it to work properly there, then you should plug it into your yoke and everything should work fine.

Best regards,
Gary

Joystick sensitivity problem

You can reduce sensitivity by using the Logitech Profiler tool, which is on the cd that followed the product.
In the bottom left you will find a list of the axis', select the one you want to adjust, and a window will pop up, where you can change sensitivity, deadzone and range.
