I have a Lexmark 2500. I am now using a Mac. Is there a download for the imaging studio for the Mac? because I use it all the time on my PC.

Uninstall the existing printer driver first. On your computer, go to Start menu > Programs / All Programs > Lexmark 2500 Series > Tools > Uninstall. Your computer will then start the uninstall process. Reboot pc when prompted.
Download and install the Lexmark X2500 using the downloadable driver available in the Lexmark website at http://bit.ly/aKlcOJ. Select your operating system, download and execute the file. Follow the instructions on your computer screen.

You may need to run the installation software that came with your new 5600 series machine.

I have a Lexmark 2500 and was also unable to download the Imaging Studio. I was able to fix it by inserting the CD but not allowing the computer to install it. I went to my computer and right clicked on the CD and opened the files on the CD. I clicked on the Applications File Folder and opened it. There is a Setup/Setup Launcher that has a pic of a CD and shield next to it. I clicked on that and installed the Imaging Studio. Although it did not say Imaging Studio that is what installed! I never had to uninstall the printer only download that application. I'm so happy to have it working!! I have installed it on 3 computers! I hope this works for you!

uninstall the program and then re-install. there may have been a corrupt file or something didnt copy correctly.

The printer drivers found on the lexmark website sometimes include the imaging studio scan software included in it... you may try downloading the complete drivers for your operating system.

Select the required Operating system and click download..

The Downloaded software may not have the Lexmark Imaging Studio on the downloaded drivers.... In this case u have to scna and Preview the scanned images using Windows Photo Gallery..... Click on File and Click on Import from scanner or Camera........... Then again click on Import...........It will scan and preview the Applications to u.... Thanku.......

You need to scan from windows photo gallery as Lexmark imaging studio is not compatible with Vista....................

I had same problem on windows vista.
Went to c:\drivers\printer\4300\applications\setup.exe
and Yippee it worked!
