Depend on what part of the country the standard for r-values for homes are! Check a reputable contractor or better yet, call the city mechanical inspector for the correct Btu's per sq. footage of dwelling or establishement! Thank-you-very-much!

Boiler will not reset

Check the induced draft pressure switch's tubing that connects it to the induced drat assembly, the barbed port that the tubing connects to gets clogged requiring reaming annually or this will happen, if this does not work replace the switch, make sure to clear the port.

What's your problem?Power vent starts, unit will not fire up. Red light on board flashes steady.

Water heater and type of gas valve are not identified.
Add a comment and describe the 'board' you are talking about, and include brand and model number of water heater shown on label on side of tank for possible identification.
If this is a boiler or commercial water heater, then repost question for another expert.

First step for residential water heater is to identify gas valve to download error codes, and possible service manual.

I take it we are talking gas meters here , if so meters only pass so much gas, to there size so 250,000 is the max it will pass for that size meter if you need more you can have a bigger meter fitted , but this would cost you i would think ,so yes 110,000 is what you have left in btus on that size meter

The hot water and central heating wont work together

what size of gas line is going into boiler and water heater? is it black iron ? natural gas or propane? have you checked gas pressure at water heater and furnace ? if they work fine individually then you have a problem with incoming gas pressure. Call gas company and ask them if they would come out and check gas pressure.
