When I turn my visual land touch pro off , its screen turns white. What do I do?

Hit the "reset" button on the back, lower right (MUCH faster than the other option). Or wait until the battery drains and it kills the power to the screen.

When I Connect My Ipod Touch 8gb To My Computer It Wont Turn On And I Didnt Charge It For Like A Month What Should I Do Please Help Me!!!

You are right, it doesn't have enough power to turn on because the battery was drained. You're saying that it wont charge? It could only be the USB cable problem. Try to use a different iPod USB cable and check if it charges the iPod. Another thing is try to charge the iPod using the stand alone USB charger. Your iPod requires high power input. If that doesn't work, you may start to think that it is a battery failure.

Sony walkman won't turn off

That's what all Walkmans do. They only seem to go into standby when they say power off. Batteries drain anyway, but maybe it is being switched back on accidentally, so you need to turn the hold switch on. Even then, it is not properly switched off, it just stops things happening like music starting to play. I find this very annoying too.

Why wont my v-touch turn on

This is a guess b/c I don't currently own a V-Touch but am considering one but if a battery powered device does not turn on without being connected to the charger (or a computer) then the battery is almostly certainly toast. Have you attempted to replace the battery yet?

External charger for battery?

I had the same problem just today, when I turned my Zen on after like 6 months- zen working fine from the charger but battery would not show any charging[no battery icon].What I did is cut the output cord from charger and strip the two wires just a little bit and hold the bare ends straight on the battery contacts - and + [plus is the one with white stripes] for like 30 seconds and than put the battery back to the Zen,turn on the zen [without the charger pluged in] and it worked, showing slightly charged battery,so I pluged the charger back and it started charging the battery normal like before.Hope this helps,Lukas
