HI there Download all data from the phone memmory & as well as memory card. After that format the memory card and delete all the data from the phone memory. Now restart the phone & i hope your problem will solve. Thanks.
hi, it is very possible that the memory of the phone is full or very low...what you need to do is to delete some features on your phone i.e those things that you downloaded on the phone so as to allow for more space on the phone..also you could delete some from your memory card..After which you restart the phone. Thanks

Connect your phone to PC and try to acces the card on PC. Now format the card
but, take the backup of data before formatting the card. then paste the data back to the card. Note:- Never delete system file.
