try to check your browser profile settings. it is probably not set to your new provider settings.
and go back and review their settings. connection failed means that , your network has too much traffic, wrong configuration of browser profiles and settings preferrences. check your browser profile settings again.

When you receive the message with id and password, it usually means that either your phone is not multimedia messaging compatible or your account is not provisioned with the actual multimedia messaging feature itself.
If unable to send or receive a picture message (MMS), troubleshoot accordingly:
  1. Attempt to connect to MEdia Net on the device. Connectivity to MEdia Net confirms the device has enough signal strength and GPRS availability to send and receive MMS.
  2. Verify MMS is being sent to an AT&T subscriber. If MMS message is being sent to someone other then an AT&T wireless services subscriber, verify that the carrier is supported.
  3. Picture messaging settings are pre-configured on all devices purchased from AT&T. If the settings have been altered or if the device was not purchased from AT&T, validate picture message settings are properly configured.
  4. Attempt to send an MMS again.
  5. If further assistance is required, please contact Customer Care.

If problems occur, please perform the following troubleshooting steps:
  1. Verify device has signal strength.
  2. Check for a GPRS attach on the device.
  3. Verify the browser settings are correct.
  4. Clear the browser cache.
  5. Power cycle the device (turn off and back on).
  6. Attempt to access MEdia Net again.
  7. If unable to access a particular MEdia Net site, check to see if the site is supported by AT&T.
  8. If problem persists, please contact AT&T Customer Service for wireless customers.

Outbound Text Message

It's a operator message. Your SIM card need to send a message to the operator to inform something about your phone (like you are using a new phone) but the receiver don't recognize for what the message is. Your sim card will keep sending the message until it receives a valid response.
Try to change the SIM card and see what happens. If the problem appears only with one card, you may ask your carrier company to change it.

one of them may not be configured properly. Occasionaly happens from the manufacturer. Contact your carrier for dotac settings.
It could also be set up wrong on the network. Carrier can help with that too.
