-   Print queue status is "Printer Open" even though it's closed. Printer status lights don't indicate "printer open" error.-   Guest

-   Same problem. Switches are ok.
strange thing is it only reports this if I print more than one sheet using "fast normal" setting. Prints single sheet ok or prints multiple pages if "normal" is selected. Printer firmware defective?
