Wireless keyboard locked

I have wireless keyboard with mouse. My mouse is working just fine, my keyboard is not connecting. I tried reinstalling CD, changed batteries. Nothing worked. I think it's locked. Any suggestions?

Same as above. One addition though, the hibernate button works on the right side of keyboard. It will turn the cpu into hibernation mode. So I know the batteries are fine and that it has connectivity.

Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.
Hope this helps. Bud

My dell wireless keyboard doesn't work the mouse works

First try checking and testing the batteries in the keyboard to see if they are good and working, if they are fine then try reinstalling the Bluetooth software using the CD that you acquired with your wireless devices. Then if that doesn't fix the problem then check if the adapters are configured well and also if the keyboard is in range. if it still doesn't work read the instructions perhaps something is missing.

to know if your windows keyboard and mouse controller is working try to use first a cabled keyboard and mouse, if you find it working try this steps.

first, try to remove the wireless usb device which your keyboard and mouse is connecting to, try to use another usb port from your computer.

second, your wireless device comes with a cd installer, try to reinstall the program of your wireless device

and then try again

Microsoft wireless laser keyboard 6000 v2.0 keyboard not working

You have to press the button on the receiver that is directly connected to the computer. While doing this, press the connect button both the mouse and the keyboard. I did this and now my keyboard is working, despite the battery indicator turning itself off a few seconds after I install it.

Hope this solves your problem.
