What model is it ?
you can find that information by looking at the sticker located on the underside of the mouse

-   Gateway wireless mouse/keyboard combo unit ... keyboard connects fine, but reset button on transmitter must frequently be reset because the mouse quits working and freezes up. Model number MR-0610T.
Keyboard works fine without any resetting, replaced batteries in the mouse, reset it several times, bounced the system even. Anybody know what causes this and have a solution?
