Question about NetGear RangeMax WPN824 Wireless Router (WPN824NAR)
We have a NetGear RangeMax WPN824 and the lights on the router all show that it is receiving activity, but we aren't able to get on the internet. We have done everything that we usually do and unplug the router and reconnect. We have even tried hooking up our laptop directly to the router with the ethernet cable but we're still unable to get connection. We even removed all firewalls just to see if we could get any kind of internet access. However that didn't work either. We don't want to reset the router because we paid $100 for a GeekSquad guy to come out and create an encryption. Does anyone know what could possibly be the problem?
I'm thinking MAC accept/reject list, check to see if it's active or not.
