-   My MP3 wont play the music I recently put on it. I checked the file type, but it's the same type as all of my other songs that will play. If I try to play it, it freezes and wont let me change the song unless I restart it. -   VampyreDolly

The songs are in the wrong format - see the manual/product specs for your mp3 player for details (note: not all mp3 players take drm-protected wma's)

Exs of music formats:
Mp3 - best
AAC - generally only works with brand-name iPod
WMA (DRM-encrypted) - problematic
WMA (non-DRM-encrypted) - problematic
