HDDRR or HDDR normally refers to hard disc recording.
Dont know what model you have but it sounds like from this acronym that it may have hard disc storeage.

WHEN TRYING TO SET TO RECORD...DOES DVB1 MEAN CHANNEL 1 AND DVB3 MEAN CHANNEL 3 OR HOW CAN I GET CHANNEL 10...CAN'T GET CH SECTION TO CHANGE NUMBERS

Players and recorders are funny about the way they label their out/inputs.
To record, channels may only mean that the source and the recorder need to talk on a specific channel. Most devices used to be on channel 3 or 4. It has since expanded. The detection is usually automatic.
If you provided model numbers of the to and from equipment, i could be more specific.

Insignia NS-BDVD says NO SD when I insert a DVD to play. Has worked perfectly in recent history. What does NO SD mean?

There is no NO SD message to my knowledge. NO CD means that the cd/dvd isn't recognized as present in the tray - this means that the laser head is malfunctioning.
If you're lucky it's just full of dust - you will have to clean it, otherwise a visit to a repair shop is mandatory since the head must be replaced (it can't be fixed).

This program is not recordable in +vr mode, this is the error message, i am trying to put my programs that are saved on my comcast dvr onto disc, the manual says these are "copy-once" programs, what does...

This means exactly that these are copy Once only, meaning you can not make it copy say 10 copies, at the same time, it means you must do one a at a time. If you wanted say 10 copies, you must do the entire process over and over.

Error message e4 54040990

It may mean that the disk is no longer usable due to scratches or other over-use reasons. If a new disk, it may mean you're using the wrong brand. This machine works on recommended brands, and the brand of DVD+RW that has proven to be workable on this device, and that I use with no problems, is VERBATIM. Hope this helps you solve what's wrong.

FW FOUND show on display what does that mean

FW Found means "FirmWare Found".
An update to the blu-ray player was located and they want you to download to update your player's firmware.
After it updates, power OFF your player, wait a couple of minutes and power ON. This is like re-booting.

What does RC 1 mean

RC means REGION CODE - Depending on the numbering, it means that your DVD will only play in countries designated by the code.

Example

RC 1 means Region Code 1...... This disc will play in dvd players in Canada, United States, U.S Territories , Bermuda.

RC 2 = Western Europe, incl. United Kingdom, and Central Europe; Western Asia; including Iran, Israel and Turkey, Egypt; Japan, South Africa, Swaziland, Lesotho; French overseas territories

RC 3 = Southeast Asia; South Korea; Taiwan; Hong Kong; Macau

RC 4 = Mexico, Central and South America; Caribbean; Australia; New Zealand; Oceania;

RC 5 = Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Continent of Africa, excluding Egypt, South Africa, Swaziland, and Lesotho; Central and South Asia, Mongolia, North Korea.

RC 6 = People's Republic of China, Hong Kong

RC 7 = Reserved for future use (found in use on protected screener copies of MPAA-related DVDs and "media copies" of pre-releases in Asia)

RC 8 = International venues such as aircraft, cruise ships, etc.[1]
RC ALL means all 8 flags are set and can play on ANY player
0 or no region means no flag is set can be played anywhere or flags 1-6.

I hope this helps.

F61 just means 'power fault'
