I would delete all messages, then reset your phone and see if it happens again. If it does, call 611 or take it back. Save a corrupted pix message to show the rep. It seems the phone is corrupting the image as it is already saved to your phone. Can you forward the corrupt pix message to someone? Can they see it fine?

There's a little symbol for an envelope -- how do I retrieve the message?

Envelope usually indicated a text message. Usually, if you have unread text messages your little envelope will have a number one or number two, etc in red on it.

You will need to go to your text message icon to open your text message screen.. It might be called *Inbox* but it's not email only text or SMS messages.

My phone has suddenly stopped its ability to send text messages...Can I send it somewhere?

Not being able to send out text messages actually relies on the Message center settings associated to your network provider. You need not to send it somewhere. You can just call up your network provider's customer care hotline and ask for the message center no. and set it up on your Message settings.

Should you need further assistance, please let me know.

My cell phone wont text anymore, not sure why.

First check the message center number (this a number that as been set by the service provider) if this no is not correct, message will not be send from your phone but if the message center number is correct then you have to get in touch with the service provider.

At times wont recieve text messages,,will send but sometimes it wont get text messages for days

That is not you phone is more your carrier, and the signal your phone
gets.

Your cell carrier sends the message to your phone, it does not go directly to the phone, so its either the carrier or your phone signal.

Cant send and recieve texts sonyericsson w595 this is the second phone in three weeks.

hi all you need to do is contact your service provider and ask them to tell you how to change the message center number to the correct number they wont charge for telling you this but it will solve your problem.

Also ask them to send you the correct mms and internet settings to your phone also, they wont charge for this and they send the settings via a text message, this message will update your phone to the correct settings and doing this will solve any problems you have.

Let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok
