Hello,

Please try the below steps...

  1. While the printer is ON, remove the ink cartridges.
  2. Unplug the power cable from back of the printer while it is ON.
  3. Wait for 60 seconds.
  4. Plug in the Power cord into the printer and wait while the printer powers on and is silent.
  5. Install the cartridge one by one and check for the error message.
  6. Replace the ink cartridge.

If there's no problem with the printer or the cartridge, please check the print settings, give a print command and when the printer dialog box pops up, make sure you select "document" from the "Print What" tab. You can refer to the pic below;

Turn the printer off and unplug the printer cable from both ends (printer and computer ) and cancel the documents from the printer list.

If you can't get a printer friendly page, Drag the mouse over just what you want to print. Go to File, Print. When the printer screen pops up, click on print selection.
