enter your Email, Phone, Username or Full Name
and they will send you a link where you can create a new password

when you tried to login with you id and password, did you receive any error message? if you think you may not remember your password, click on the "Forget password" right below password box, you will then have a chance to reset your passsword.

dear 1st of all explain which password you forgotten. like (G mail , yahoo , ms outlook , outlook express )

write them on a safe note and keep them at a safe place where you can find them easily when ever you forget your id or passsword

I'm assuming this is for Windows. Try just hitting enter in case you didn't set a password. If that doesn't work, you can try looking for you motherboard documentation. Sometimes you can change a jumper setting on it to clear out the password. You could also try removing the battery for a few minutes from the MOBO.
