Question about HP Pavilion F1703 17" LCD Monitor
Sounds like the power supply can't keep up with the demand. It starts to work and then shuts off and then right back on repetedly? Probably bad electrolytic capacitors in the power supply, a pretty easy fix if you can identify which ones are bad and have a soldering iron with the right type of solder and some soldering skills.
