You can contact resellers off of their website to see if they might be able to access that part from a distribution center otherwise their own stock.

Infocus parts are normally on back order depending if they are in high demand or not. I've sold some in the past when working through an online e-tailer. It can be a day to a few months. So make sure to get on a waiting list if some one can put you on the list. Chances are, if they purchase from distribution they will place their order with them and have their order filled first come first serve. Otherwise it is unlikely to be immediately available for infocus products.

Also check on projectorcentral.com to see if this product is an OEM product to something else. If it is, you can purchase the other manufacturers product most likely more immediately since its the same part or same projector and just a differ label to it.

Let me know how things go. Good luck!

Dark haze left side of screen about 4 to 6 inches wide only in the wider screens not in the native

Its a Light Tunnel failure. Go to www.avsforums.com and search for 4805 Light Tunnel. There are instructions to open the PJ and repair the Tunnel. Also, I posted a DIY replacement option in lieu of fixing the very fragile tunnel.

Left hand side of image appears darker than rest of image as if a shadow is caused from somewhere. Unsure if this is a lamp problem or a camera problem

If it looks like a dark orange/brown band, its likely to be a Light Tunnel Failure. The Tunnel can be fixed thru the manufacturer, but it will cost plenty. You can also do it yourself.
For additional info, go to www.avsforum.com and search for "4805 Light Tunnel" and you will see threads about the problem...as well as DIY repairs.
I also posted a DIY replacement option since new Tunnels are virtually non-existent:

We have a screenplay 4805 by infocus. the right third has a dark shadow over the picture? the picture is lightly visible thru the shadow.

the light tunnel under the colorwheel has collasped or the projector has been jarred, knocking the mirror inside of the lens assy. out of alignment. Either way, it will have to be repaired by a technician.

Slight shadow on right side of screen

this is image banding. the light tunnel needs to be adjusted, or replaced if it is collasped.

Infocus 4805 has yellow line on the right side of the screen

It will be the light tunnel. Apparently it is very common in the 4805. See here for how to fix it, by the way you cant get parts so its a DIY job.

InFocus 4805 - right 1/3 is fine, middle 1/3 dim, left very dim.

the light tunnel is collapsing and needs replacement. the part itself is relatively inexpensive, but you have to be careful if you want to replace it yourself. it's under the colorwheel, which is delicate. when you remove the top, front, and rear panels, remove the colorwheel (which is between the lens and the lamp) and carefully set it aside. there are 2 screws holding the light tunnel bracket in place. remove them and the bracket. pull out the pieces of the tunnel (little rectangles of mirror) and replace with a new one. reverse the steps to put it back together. by the way, you can get the part from any infocus authorized service center (check the infocus website for the one closest to you). part # 306-0095-01

New Problem after fixing Light Tunnel on a SP 4805

It sounds like you have mounted the replacement light tunnel incorrectly. It is a common error. What has happened is you have the light tunnel sitting on yop of the positioning stop which is opposite from the color wheel side. If you take it back apart you will see that it's not laying parallel to the casting. if you reposition it so it is just touching where the opening is in the clamp on the color wheel side you will feel it fall into place.
