By lock I assume you mean secure it.
To do so do the following
-Plug an Ethernet cable from your computer into one of the ports on the back (not the one labeld WAN)
-Verify your default gateway. Open a command prompt by click "start" > run or "windows" button, and type cmd
-type ipconfig and remeber the default gateway should be like 192.168.0.1
-open a web browser and enter that number into the address bar
-you will be prompted for a user and password. (should be either admin, no password or admin/admin)
-Go to the wireless > wireless security tab
Select your security Choose WPA2 with PSK
- create a strong password alphanumeric
- Save and you are now "locked"
You will then need to go into Network Connections/Network and Sharing and enter the password you created.
