First thing u need to check is both ends of the power and ground cables make sure they are tight with no corrosion, if OK u will need to check main power fuse. If still no power please give info of year make and model so I can assist in this problem more
Could be bad or dirty battery cables or loose so no power getting through to the motor. My cables were tight but they were corroded and had no power any where. I put new cables on the pos and neg side of battery and everything worked after that. Even tried to boost and no power would go through.
bad ground cable .. run a pair of jumper cables from negative baterry post to anywhere you can clip them on your motor or starter itself anywhere thats ground he whole motor is ground so anywhere .. you ll see the diffrence .. you have a bad ground cable which cant conduct the current your starter needs and its not properly charging your baterry ... your power is fine the red its all about the ground
I believe the power cable is just a standard computer power cable. You should be able to grab one of those anywhere. I've even seen them in my local grocery store.
If it is different you should find one at any larger store such as Walmart etc and if they don;t have it you will have to order one from Philips. Pretty sure its just a standard power cord so shouldn't be much more than a slightly annoying trip to the store.
The green wire with yellow stripe goes to ground anywhere on the chassis. And the black cable should be keyed so that you can only hook it up in one place.
