Question about Computers & Internet
Can't add this notebook to my wireless network windows advises me that the wireless capability is switched off and there may be a set of keys or switch to apply to activate the wireless capability .please can you advise
You need to activate wireless by using [FN] + [F1]. Unfortunately wireless turns off when you shut down so you need to reactivate it every time. Unless anyone knows a solution to this?

Find out first if your comp is wireless capable, then if it is, see if your wireless network is locked. for what ever wireless you are using you can go to the website and see if there is a way to get your passkey info. once you have that info then you should be able to add you comp. however if your comp isnt wireless capable then you will net a wireless card, pref. the same name as your wireless router.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
