There a bar that came off the swing that I have. Just using for the first time it was given to me by some one so it does not have instructions. So can u pleaseeeeeeee help me and tell me where the bar is suppose to go?? Thank-you

I have found reference on web pages to more than one garden swing with the name "Bali." I don't know if you mean "Bali" as a brand name or if it is just part of the descriptive name of the garden swing or if the swing was originally made in Bali. I also have no idea if your garden swing is wood or metal.

I have found some instructions online for garden swings. Perhaps one or more of the instructions will demonstrate how to assemble your garden swing.

admitted they will be far between but they do exist
maybe on the net
however if you just want a pendulum to make it work and weight on an arm will do
the arm will need to be fully threaded so that the length from the pivot point to the weight can be adjusted as this dimension is what adjusts the timing of the swing to maintain time accuracy
something like a 1/2 ounce lead sinker on a threaded bar say 1/8 dia will do for a start point.
The longer the swing the slower the time and conversely the shorter the swing the faster the time.

The manufacturer on the box, or the store where you bought it. If not google metal swingsets, find one that looks like yours, & contact them about ordering a bar.

U have to grab the bar and like pull out and move it back and forth between positions. If your sitting in front of the swing(chid facing you) grab bar and pull away from you and move seat. Might have to hold the little side thing that says one and two to keep it still.

First you have to wind up your clock using the key supplied. The pendulum suspension spring should start to swing quite fast. Stop it swinging with your fingers and hook up the pendulum. When done, push the pendulum to whatever side and release it to start the swing - the clock should start ticking in normal order. If there is no special bar on the back of clock movement for adjusting hands, then hands must be adjusted from the dial side by moving minute hand clockwise. Move the minute hand with your finger clockwise to the desired time, at the same time do not catch hour hand, as this may end up with the incorrect time displayed. Rate me, plz.

yes the swing just goes over the red bits, though they may still show a bit, it doesn't click, but it will take a good pull to get it back off
