Unplug your printer first. Since this is a new printer (or so it seems by your description) use the CD provided with the unit and follow the instructions therein. If you do not have the installation CD, go online and request drivers for the printer from EPSON listing the model number. Download these to you PC. Hook the printer back up to your PC and see what happens. Your problem should be solved provided you don't have some damage to the hardware. In that case take it back to when you bought the item and make an exchange.
There is a sensor flag (plastic peice) that hangs down from above the tray. Remove the tray and make sure it is in place and moves freely.

BBlock is BOOT Block. The printer is not booting up the settings completely. Probably got corrupted. You will need to download the bootblock version for this printer & upload it via either USB or LPT1 port. You should contact Zebra so they can direct you to the proper Zebra site for the download & instructions. The process of the upload is no more that 15-20 minutes.
Zebra phone # is 847-913-2259 I think option 2 is tech support. be sure to have s# of printer & tell them you need to find the boot block & installation info for the S4M. Good luck.
If you download from the Lexmark site, there should not be any charges for the printer driver.
