Where can in get a set of exhaust/intake hoses for a danby dpac120068 air conditioner

Is there a reason not to just go to the Danby site? Support Danby includes phone support, email and "Find Parts" Even if their source is out you should at least be able to find the correct part number, then Google Danby (part number).
You could also look to see if generic flexible vinyl tubing/hose can be substituted. It's doubtful that Danby created their own hoses.

Have an ss carb e type an a single outlet pingel pepcock have a vent line from carb what do I do with the vent line

Here's S&S's manual for the Shorty Carbs (both E & G):

http://www.sscycle.com/files/7913/7033/9802/51-1012_carb_e__g_series_shorty_carburetors_installation.pdf

On page "10", it states, "Slip fuel overflow hose onto fitting on carb bowl and neatly route behind pushrod tubes. On a big twin model, hose should go toward back
of engine. On a Harley-Davidson Sportster model, hose should go toward front of engine. Exit end of overflow hose must extend down
below engine and away from exhaust pipes."

This is the only "vent" hose (actually, a fuel overflow hose) that I know of.

Vacuum hose

I never heard of a vacuum line going from the throttle body/intake manifold before but I have never worked on a Kia. Disconnect the hose at both ends have some one take you to ace hardware they have automotive vacuum hose by the foot bring your old hose with you so they can cut the proper length and girth of your original hose and pop the new one back on. It might be hard to fit the new hose back onto their fittings i usually lightly oil the surface that the hose goes over with engine oil so it goes on pain free remember lightly oil. good luck.

Will a 1993 mercury engine fit in a 2002 grand marquis

Without seeing the two, I would say no.
You would have to check motor mounts, bell housing, exhaust pipes, and then all of the emission components and wiring to find out.
Even the radiator hose outlets.
A salvage yard should have an interchange book to help tell you.

Air intake via hose & window or intake from room only?

Hello artrey3 The answer is yes, BUT the unit will be exausting room/basement air outside ruining any efficency the unit is rated for. Also you will need makeup/fresh air in the basement. The unit exausting air can put the basement in a vacuum/negitive pressure pulling in air from the chimney!
