How do u download new music and delete old music, im having trouble with this PLEEEEASE HELP

When your player is connected to your computer with the USB connector, you can use your computer file browser software to view all files on your player. Your player will appear as Sansa m230 or m240. Follow these steps:
1. Use the USB connector cable provided with your player to connect the USB port on the top of your player to an open USB port on your computer. The player will appear as a Windows Portable Device on your computer.
2. Delete your music files to the player with software tools like Rhapsody, Windows Media Player or Napster Client.

To transfer music from your computer to your player:
1. Use the USB connector cable provided with your player to connect the USB port on your player to an open USB port on your computer. The player will appear as a Windows Portable Device on your computer. (Can't find the USB port on your player? See The Basic Controls section on page 3.)
2. Drag and drop music files to the player from any location on your hard-drive

Im trying to download music on my mp3 player i just got for christmas an i cant figure out how to ? it said to look up more info on www.gpx.com but i cant find anything

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format.
Google search for free mp3 music files and download them to your computer. Then connect the USB cable that came with your player, connect it to your player and then plug it into the USB port on your computer. The computer will see the player as an external storage device, then copy the mp3 music files to your player.
You can convert your CDs for free and copy them to your MP3 player. Please click on this link and follow my instructions :-

How do i recharge my slick 2gb mp3 music and video

Like most MP3 player with an inbuilt internal battery, your Slick 2gb mp3 music and video player will have an internal Li-Ion rechargeable battery that will be recharged via your USB Data cable while connected to an USB port on a PC/LAPTOP or USB charger.

Exceeding power in usb port

You will have to disconnect some usb items first.

If you have a HUB then disconnect that and same if you have a usb printer.
That should let you then copy.

USB ports can only supply so much current and too many devices without thier own power will overload it just as you are seeing.

I cant get my slick to synk on media player it just says mp3 detecded

Make sure the hold button is off and also see if the Mp3 player is showing up in MY COMPUTER. If it is not showing up there try and change the port that you are using. (a port is the slot that you hook the usb cord or Mp3 player up to) If that isn't working reset your device and re-insert.

These units take more power than a thumb drive and sometimes the front USB ports on a computer just don't push enough current to recognize these players (I have the same issue).

Try plugging it into the back USB ports.

Also, make sure your USB ports are working correctly in your device manager.

Connection Probs

Try replacing your USB cord, or re-installing your Zen player's driver. If these doesn't work, then probably the USB port on your player is worn-out or damaged. Cleaning the the port with a contact cleaner.
