Paper not feeding!

My PIXMA MP210 will not load the paper. I have only had it since January and barely have used it. But I have checked and nothing is lodged down inside the rollers, I have tried cleaning the rollers from the manual and it says error because the paper won't feed. I don't know what else could be the problem or think of a solution to solve this problem. Any help would be very useful as soon as possible because I am a college student in need of a printer fast!

ok so after i was on here and posted this question about my MP210- I found a guy that was a printer servicer and he told me what was wrong because of the error code I was getting. To all of you who's printer won't load the paper and prints anyway without a sheet---- He told me that I must have pulled the paper out of the front sometime when it was jammed and that caused it to bend the paper feed arm, so now it won't work. He said the only thing you can do is take it to a canon repair shop and get it fixed but when I checked that out they were going to charge $70/hour + the price of parts. I said forget that because I didn't even pay that much for the printer so I went on Ebay and found a small printer for $20. When I contacted Canon about the problem they just told me my warranty was up and there was nothing they could do. Some helpful people they were right??? This was my first canon product and it will definatly be my last!

I replaced the color and black cartridges, and I have made sure that the cartidges are properly seated. I have performed numerous roller cleanings. It just doesn't work any more. Thankfully it is under warranty, and I will take it back to Staples for a refund/replacement. Up until this incident, it was a perfect printer/scanner. I guess the addage is true that you get what you pay for.

This is my second 210! I thought it was me because I cleared a jam and it messed up the printer so I bought another one, 2 months later SAME THING only this time I didn't clear any jam, there is none, turned it upside down, shook it did everything listed in this forum and it still doesn't work! I feel stupid for buying this machine twice!! don't make my mistake!! No more Canon Printers for me (I love the cameras though!)

Canon MP210 takes paper crooked and spits out crooked or jams. How to fix? Followed manual for cleaning feed roller but to no avail. Thanks

could it be a paper clip fell into the paper feed slot? see if you can shine some light into the slot and use a dentist's angled mirror to examine. sound like debris may be the culprit. disassemble it to the extent that you have ability to. LEARN THAT WAY!

CANON PIXMA IP2200 DOES NOT FEED PAPER

Paper not feeding into Canon Pixma MP210 printer

Several suggestions here include printing a heavy card instead of regular paper, or turning the printer upside down to remove any object like a key stuck in the printer.

Our alarm and green power lights are blinking and LED is showing E 2 3. Any ideas?

This error E2,3 or Error 6000 from your computer; means that there is a paper feed error. it can be caused by a faulty paper feed motor, or a dirty timing disk film. to solve this problem check the paper load section, look inside is there any foreing body that block the paper feed roller.

My printer does not feed the paper right

Check the paper tray rollers inside. See if all of them are rolling when the printer feeds a paper. Also, make sure there is nothing inside the paper tray to cause this issue. Try shaking the printer, if you're still encountering issue. If nothing works, contact manufacturer, if out of warranty, replace the printer. It's more cheaper to replace it than have a technician fix it.

Hi i have a canon MP210 and it is showing E2 and the alarm lamp is flashing. there is ink and paper in it any suggestions??? I can't find the user manual!!

E2 – No paper, Paper does not feed error.
How to correct, fix: If paper is not installed, load it and then press the <Black> or <Color> button. When paper is installed, check each of the following items and try printing again.
1. Confirm only recommended paper is installed.
2. Confirm paper is installed properly.
3. Confirm the maximum number of sheets in the auto sheet feeder is within the paper limit mark.
4. Clean the paper feed roller to resolve the error.

Paper pulls to the right, jams, won't print, tried different paper still won't print

Hi,
Sounds like the feed rollers need cleaning.
Clean the feed rollers, lint free cloth, bottled water.
wait for them to properly dry

Revolve the feed roller bar as you clean them, to clean the feed rollers all the way round, remove all particles from them.

Check you ADF grips are set correctly, if not you will get mis-fed sheets. check the tray is sat properly too or mis-feeds.

Check paper size is correct in print properties too.
Should be good then
Try print.

Regards
Richard.
