Hi,
I've been trying desperately to restore factory settings on my samsung u700v, which is locked on vodafone firmware.
My problem is the phone automatically saves the top three numbers you text on the phone, and suggests those numbers when you're trying to send a message.
I want to pass on this phone and I don't want the new user to have access to these numbers, I checked if those numbers were still there when I put another sim card in, and they were. So am i right in thinking if i reset the phone, those numbers will disappear.
The only information i've been able to get is to flash my phone with some samsung software, but i have no idea how I would do that without melting the phone.
Thanks very much for your help.
Help .. I've put a private password on my Samsung mobile phone and i can't remmember it!! how can i get into my phone now!! No one can help my!! Can you!!??

Hi there,
You may contact to your service provider Samsung SGH-U700 Unlock Code, they can open up all networks for you where you want to use your phone. Once your phone is unlock, it will work with any networks worldwide without sticking to one network only. I suggest to visit Samsung Unlock Code site, they will provide you an accurate code fast with easy to follow instructions on how to unlock your phone.
Hope it helps.
Thanks.

i followed the steps from thisLINKand i was able to install games and other applications in my u700 phone. and i swear they're all working fine.
do take note that you have to have BOTH the jar and jad file of the game/app you want to install. if you only have the jad file, just try to install a jar maker OR if you only have a jar file, then try to install jad maker.. good luck! :)
if you are desperate enough you could try saving all stuff to memory card and removing before restoring factory settings. this should wipe the list? only thing i can think of?
if ur have forgotten ur phone lock code, it won work with any sim u insert...u can't go inside d phone, unless d lock is removed, which is possible if u know d code....so take it to an authorised samsung service centre and tel ur problem....they ll remove d lock and restore it to factory settings...because oly they have d software to unlock ur phone....if ur mobile is within warranty period, this would be done at free of cost.... best wishes, trendsetter
