Question about Nintendo DS Lite

Problem with game

My son keeps getting a message "cannot write data for this game. Please switch off and reinsert DS card" when playing Lego Indiana Jones The original adventures game. He has not had this problem with any other game. Does this mean the DS game is damaged?

Usually. Has the cartridge been washed, stepped on, thrown, or dropped? That goes for the ds, too.

My son changed the language on his Lego Indiana Jones game to German and we can't change it back. We changed the language to English on the unit itself using the menu, but the game is still in German. ...

Load up the game and do the following.
1. At the main menu choose the 3rd option "Optionen".
2. Then 3rd down "Sprache".
3. And "English".
4. Enjoy your English Indy.

Nintendo ds, can not erase data message

Where did you buy this game? Is it from a reliable source? There's been known fake DS games that don't work. And usually the case is the game shows a message "can not access saved data. please turn of power and re-insert game". This is actually my first time with a case where it can't erase the data. Try contacting the previous owner.

Ninetendo DS keep receiving message "Could not read the data"

what ds card you are use? e.g. ds-one, supercard... etc ?

You might have a driver loose, try to re-copy all ds card driver to your memory sd, within cd support included of the pack,. or you'll need re-format your sd then copy your game at the right folder.. and try again..

Hope this helps..

Nintendo DS message... "Unable to load data. Turn the power off and resinsert the Game Card."

Well maybe when you turn it on, it might be on manual mode. To switch it to auto mode, Press options then press the wrench and then find auto or manual mode and then, switch it to auto mode. Save the options and then it should play the game. If it doesn't work, blow into the DS game and then the DS game slot.
