Question about HP OfficeJet 7310 All-In-One InkJet Printer
There is some problem on the sensors or on the firmware of the product.
try to reset the printer by:
> unplug the power cord without turning off
> try to press and hold the power button without the power cord
> then press and hold the pound key "#" and the number 3 key at the same time while plugging in the power cord.
> dont release buttons yet, release it when you are prompted on the display like "Partial NVRAM Reset"
> then after doing all of the steps, try to print or copy and check if it would still prompt the error message
