I have a samsung S3500 and want to downloda my photos to my pc. I have a USB lead but it is still not working. What do I need? I have lost my initial cd that came with the phone. I need to transfer the photos so I dont lose them as I now have a new mobiel and want to transfer the sim card?

under the downloadcentrum tab click on "software"
there you can find it.
(it is remarkable, I tried the UK site and there it can not be found ... but the software is mutli-language anyway)

USB driver for samsung s3500 phone

Its included in the PC Suite. Its quite a large file and will take a long time if you have dial-up but unfortunately a separate driver is not available.

Just visit this page; download the PC Suite and install it. Next connect your S3500 via USB cable and it should automatically install.

After clicking the link, you'll need to click on, 'Software' (next to the work 'Manual') to locate the available software downloads.

Note:
1) You may be able to download the software and then run it in 'Compatibility Mode' in Windows 7, or
2) When you install the software, Windows 7 may automatically run the drivers in compatibility mode.

The problem can be with your phone. By the way, check it with other pc. If problem persists then u have to check your phone set to a mobile expert at repairshop near you.

Pls use your USB cable that comes with your mobile. Use PC suite software for your mobile. Check if you have all these things.

You can download pc suite free from the internet.Go to your explorer and type the following into your search bar:"Samsung S3500 pc suite download" and press enter.Your pc will find the correct address for you to download from and save it on your pc.Once you have saved the program it will ask you to"RUN" press run and the program will install itself and off you go and use your USB cable to read your phone. Transfer the saved program to disk and keep as a backup disk.
