Dear Sir/madam,

It is problem with DM module board. Check the board......

The service manual as well as the documents to repair the DM board are on their way. Just remember to be careful with the printed circuit board in this TV set. If you do not know how to solder, take the board to someone who does, as I have seen loads of boards that could have been repaired, but because of poor solder skills, the boards were trashed. Good Luck with this repair and let us know how you make out with this repair.

thanks
good luck

Click here to find detailed information about the failure on your TV. From this point forward you will now if you can fix it yourself or find a repair tech to do it.
Check all the links from the thread to see how is done. You TV model number only has 4 capacitors in the DM board.
Let me know if you need further assistance.

The switch itself maybe burned, loose or shorted. That one needs replacement. If you have no idea how to do it, it's better to contact repair technician or bring your tv to any service center

Could be poor solder connections, the power coming to the DM board from the main power supply could be bad, the eeprom could be bad, the power supply or sweep power supply could have bad connections or swollen capacitors.

First thing to do is to check all of the plugs, connectors, and connections to and around the DM board. Next would be to check for other large capacitors on other boards with swollen tops. The next thing would be to start checking power supply upon switch on. I'm afraid you will need to call in a tech to assist you with this repair.

Hope that helps.....

Resetting the TV
If the buttons on the remote AND the buttons on the TV case do not work (channels do not change and you cannot open or navigate the menu), the TV has stopped responding. Reset the TV as follows:

NOTE:
Some TVs have a reset button. If available and accessible, try using the reset buttons before using the steps below. Using the reset buttons can save time.

ws-65613 tv trouble shooting - clip_image001.jpg
1. Unplug the TV power cord from the power outlet.
2. Unplug any connected devices (DVD, Set-top boxes, etc...)
3. Press and hold the TV power button for five seconds.
4. Plug the TV power cord back into the power outlet and turn on the TV.
5. Open the on-screen menu to confirm that the TV is responding again.
6. Turn off the TV and reconnect the devices.
7. Turn on the TV.

hope this may help;

Regards,

The constant blinking green light means that the TV is not booting up. This is a common problem on this set.You need to remove the shield from the DM board (standing upright on the left where the DTV RF connector is)and inside you will see the four leaky capacitors (1000 MFD 16 VOLT)replace them, plug the TV in and wait 70 seconds for the blinking light to stop, then turn on the TV.The hard part will be removing the board from the TV(lots of screws and connectors, takes time)

You must do some checks first:LED does not stop blinking after plug in. Verify the standby supplies, 12-volts at connector KA pin 17, 6-volts at KA pin 18 and the 28-volts at KA pin 19, if the supplies are present suspect the DM PCB part # 934C067001 LED does not stop blinking after plug in. Check C9B01, C9B02, C9B10, and C9B11 (1000 UFD 16) on the DM PCB, if they are bad replace them with part # 181P734030 (680 UFD 16 V). LED stops blinking after 70 seconds of plug in but will not power on. This model is equipped with a keyboard lock feature; this can be mistaken as a no power condition. To unlock the keyboard press and hold the "menu" button on the front panel for 10 seconds . LED stops blinking after 70 seconds of plug in but will not power on. Check for 3.2 volts DC at connector RF pin 4 and 5 on the Signal PCB if low suspect problems with the switches/buttons on the Control PCB part # 935D736001. LED stops blinking after 70 seconds of plug in but will not power on. Keyboard is not locked and key inputs at connector RF pin 4 and 5 check good suspect the E2P PCB part # 934C061001.

Mitsubishi WS-65613 tv green power light keeps blinking tv will not turn on

Unplug the unit for 5 minutes then plug it again. Turn it on. If it does not power up, press the SYSTEM RESET button on the front panel with a pointed object such as the point of a pencil or end tip of a paper clip. The green LED light will flash quickly for about a minute then stops. You may turn on the TV then. The changes you made most recently, before using
SYSTEM RESET, may be lost. Changes you made previously, however, are not lost.

Can't turn on the TV. Green light keeps blinking.

You need to change the four capacitors C9B01,C9B02,C9B10,C9B11 all 1000 MFD 16 VOLT (on the DM board which is inside the metal shield standing upright on the left looking from the back of the set)The tops of the capacitors will look puffed out making them easy to find. This is your HD tuner digital board which is trying to reboot but can't - when the green light stops blinking after a minute, than you can power on your TV.

I can't turn on the TV.

I had the same problem. Unplugged it, reset it, everything. I went to work the next morning and left the light blinking, came home from work and it was off. I turned it on and so far, so good. Just give it some time to reset internally
