Question about HP Officejet 6310 All-In-One InkJet Printer
When I press scan on the printer, I am getting back an error message that reads "no scan options-refer to device documents"????
i just talked with hp,
They suggest i (re) install the right software version
click on drivers.
type in 6310 <ENTER>
then click on the right model link
then on the right Computersystem/OS
and then you can download
