Error in the Fuser. The description for this fault code is: External Heat Roll Contact Failure. Generally the external heat roll retract motor is defective. The xerox part number of this motor: 127K21350
The only thing I can tell you to do is turn off the machine. On the back of the finisher, unplug the finisher from the processor and power up the machine, it will reconfigure, plug and play like, and send the pages to the center tray. Once you do that. Go into machine status and into faults. Print out a fault page and tell me the finisher/stapler code coming up so I can let you know exactly whats going on. I hate that software puts a machine down for functions you do not 100 percent need.
