Question about Motorola Mobility W375 Cellular Phone
I signed up one day a few months back to a random offer on my phone . add said for afew dollars i could retrieve the info from my phone if lost or damaged. ilost my other phone a week ago ihave tried www.booostmobile.wirelessbackup.com also motorola directly please help
Im wondering the legitimacy of the text you recieved if it was actually real. As a standard practice, Most wireless carriers never solicit you for an extra warranty through a text message. Those who sent you that message might be phishing for personal info and you might have fallen into the trap.
Your best bet is to contact the dealer you purchased your phone from for further assistance with this problem.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
