First, I would like to know how long you have been using the UPS?

Second, how many items do you have plugged into the UPS?

Third, how many devices are plugged into the same outlet as your UPS?

A Good place to try is CyberPower's website also.

It is making a beeping sound non stop

I looked for quite a while and I couldn't find anywhere that told me what the beep is... My best guess would be the batteries are bad and need to be replaced.

Use the like below and CyberPower will help you with the problem.

Shutting down computer

Hello,

You need a new battery. A battery store such as Batteries Plus can help you. Many Ace Hardware stores will order one for you and in fact, Radio Shack has the most common battery types in store or can get it for you. If you go through Cyber Power you will pay the highest price.

Hope this helped you.

CyberPower 525SL Failure

The erratic behavior and beeping could indicate that the Gel battery inside your UPS needs to be replaced, and is usually less expensive to replace than the entire UPS. You can remove the battery and contact a local or online source for a replacement. I replace mine through a local automotive battery supplier, and it' never cost me more than $20.00.
