Question about Canon imageRUNNER 2010F All-In-One Printer
We received the error message "waste toner full prepare a new drum" so we ordered a new drum and followed the guide to replacing it. Now the message will not go away and we cannot print to the machine. Any ideas?
You may need to go into service mode and reset the drum status. Service mode is dangerous and recommended for Canon techs only.
