I made a phone call and my phone was fine. After the phone call I looked at my phone a few minutes later and the screen was completely white. None of the keys would work. So I shut it down and turned it back on but it wouldn't power up all the way. I had to take out the battery to get it to power off again. The phone turned back on and I was able to make a phone call but the screen got distorted and wouldn't work anymore. I again turned it off and had to remove the battery. Since then the phone won't power up all the way. I turn it on and the phone blinks with a blank white screen. The phone itself is only a month old.

Double Click the home button, and kill the app. wait a few minutes and try again. if that doesnt work, try turning the phone off for a few minutes. If this doesnt work, check to see if your phone has enough space in your usage settings under Genral in settings. And if none of these work, your camera may be broken. Bring it to an apple store to see.
Chander , i liked you because described well your problem. i think can advice better, look i think when your device fall down maybe is affected in external antena or internal antena of device which keep a network, so try to assembly and ressembly the device and look if external antena is not damaged, otherwise problem is with PA (circuit who control network) in this case you need you give some rapairer to make jump or change it, in this 2nd cenario it will cost you. i think this will help you.
Mine has been doing that also .... badly. It will happen over and over for up to 30-45 minutes, then it works fine. A few days later, it happens again, etc.
I finally got T-Mobile to send me a replacement. It did the same thing while I was setting it up! I'm going to try a new battery, although the one I have still holds a good charge, still looks fine and does NOT get hot.
I have the same phone. It does this to me all the time. I suspect that it is just a general problem. I end up taking the battery out for a few minutes and then restarting the phone. Usually after that it's fine again. This doesn't cure the problem forever, meaning that it will happen again, but next time just quickly remove the battery and restart. Hope this helps.
Switch off the phone. Take the battery off and wait for a few minutes. Then put the battery back and switch it on. If it still doesn't work, take off your memory card and switch your phone back on (without the memory card).
