No Boot disk found - usually indicates the HDD is not located.
so you need to validate the HDD is inserted properly, and locked into the HDD slot. securely,
Blue Screen asking for password, could mean several things,
basically you need with both errors, take to a good Repair Tech and have this looked into... PASSWORD can be either for BIOs or HDD,
or the system went into LOCKED MODE and password is needed to UNLOCK it.
Try removing the main battery and unplug the power, then hold the power on button down for 30 seconds, if this does not work, remove the cmos battery for 30 seconds to reset the bios
when you start your pc enter the bios setting pressing F2 normally.. once there you can find the security option and bios password is in there type the password you would like and press F12 nomally to exit the bios with saving
when opening your windows it will ask for password.......then press at+ctrl+delete then a nnew window will open again asking for user name and password then in user name type-administrator and in password leve blank and password then press enter windows xp will open
YOu can reset bios password with 2 method. (1) open back cover of
laptop then find motherbord .Pull cmos cell from motherbord for 15
minutes then again put it in it's position .then it not ask for
password. (2)You can clear password with jumper settings find jumper on motherbord named clear cmos it has 3 pin .1-2-3 Put jumper in 2-3 position then again put it in 1-2 position then check . Let me know if you need more assistance. Thanks.
If it is asking for a password upon startup then someone put a password on your CMOS. Unfortunately, unless you can find out what the password is, then the only way to clear it is to remove the battery in your motherboard. The battery is what keeps the information in CMOS when the computer is turned off.
